"Still waiting on my candy order"
I ordered some candy about two weeks ago and the tracking has barely changed, which is just frustrating. It was supposed to be for a birthday, and now that’s basically come and gone, so... yeah, not great. I did reach out to support, but they gave me the same vague answer both times, like they were just copy-pasting it. Maybe it’ll still show up eventually, who knows, but I definitely wouldn’t count on their shipping times again

My order showed up wrong, which was frustrating. I know mistakes happen, but it made me realize how much the little details matter when you’re trusting a company to get something right. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Confusing promo and zero real help"
I got a discount pop-up that made it seem like the offer would apply at checkout, but then suddenly the rules seemed different and I couldn’t figure out why. It felt a bit misleading. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help and not being able to talk to an actual person. The support replies didn’t really explain anything clearly, so I just ended up more annoyed than before.

"I found the site annoying..."
I found the site annoying to use. I’d click through the menus thinking I was getting somewhere, then end up back on pages I’d already seen, which made the whole thing feel more confusing than it probably needed to be.
All I wanted was to look at the flavours and check the delivery details, but it felt like that information was kind of buried. After a while I just felt irritated and gave up, even though I was interested at first

I had a problem with my order from Poppin Candy i thought it would be straightforward to sort out, but it just didn’t go that way. The reply I got felt really dismissive, like they weren’t actually interested in fixing it, just kind of explaining it away. I kept thinking, okay surely there’ll be some kind of fair solution here, but no, nothing that actually helped, and I ended up out of pocket. Maybe other people have had a better experience with them, I don’t know, but for me the complaint really wasn’t handled properly at all.

"Too much hassle on mobile"
I tried using the site on my phone and it was way more effort than it should’ve been. It kept freezing, pages took forever to load, and the menu was a pain to deal with. I couldn’t even look through the products properly without getting annoyed. After a few minutes of struggling with it, I just gave up.

"Pretty disappointed with the account setup"
I was disappointed trying to manage my account on Poppin Candy. Updating my details didn’t go smoothly, and the login kept acting up for no clear reason. Even finding or changing basic account info felt way more complicated than it should’ve been, like I was just clicking around in circles. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me it was just frustrating and not really worth the time.

"Really disappointed with how it arrived"
I ordered from poppin-candy and felt upset when the package showed up. The outer box looked like it had been tossed around or kicked, the tape was barely holding on, and some of the wrappers inside were bent and sticky. I understand shipping can be rough sometimes, but this really felt like it was packed with no care at all. There was barely any padding, just candy thrown in the box. I was excited for this order, so opening it and seeing everything like that was really frustrating.

"Not really gift-worthy"
I bought this thinking it would make a decent little gift, but when it showed up, it looked kind of cheap and a bit messy overall. The packaging was dented in a couple places too, so it just didn’t feel presentable. I’d say it’s probably fine if you’re buying it for yourself, but I wouldn’t feel great giving it to someone.

I got the mystery box and, I don’t know, it was disappointing. It kind of felt like a few random sweets had just been tossed in, and most of them weren’t things I’d normally choose. Maybe I was expecting too much, but for the price I thought there’d be more variety or at least something that made it feel a bit more special. It seemed like leftover bits put together, so I probably won’t order one again.
"Slow support and way too many reminders"
I emailed them about my order and it took days to get any kind of response. When they finally replied, it didn’t even really answer what I was asking, so I had to follow up again. On top of that, the reminder emails felt really aggressive, like they were constantly pushing me even though they weren’t helping with my actual issue. just a frustrating experience and not what I expected. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve their customer service
"Something felt off with these imports"
I ordered some imported candy because I’ve had the real thing before and was excited to get it again, but the packaging already made me suspicious. It just didn’t look or feel right, and the taste wasn’t what I remembered either. Maybe it was a different batch or something, but it feels like the goalposts keep moving with these imports, one minute you think you’re getting the same product, then suddenly it’s “different region,” “new packaging,” or “changed recipe.” Either way, I’m not convinced, and I probably wouldn’t buy these again...

I returned the item, this whole thing has turned into way more drama than it ever needed to be. I’m still waiting for my refund, and at this point it feels like I’m tracking a lost treasure or something. Super frustrating

I was trying to find some sweets that would be safe with my allergy, but the information felt a bit all over the place. Some items had clear details, while others seemed to skip over the dietary stuff, which doesn’t exactly make you feel confident. In the end, I just left the site without ordering

"Bulk order turned into a headache"
I placed a bulk order it was a mess — it showed up late, a few packs were missing, and getting a reply from support took forever. I kept waiting for someone to sort it out — but the whole experience was just frustrating. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I was expecting a lot more variety, but the selection was limited. And of course, most of the candies I was actually looking forward to were unavailable. What’s the point of browsing for treats if half the good stuff isn’t even in stock?

do not use this company.... seems all good but then they dont sent what you order and eveeven when they say they will refund you for the items they knowinglknowingly couldn't send they dont despite chasing them.

"Cute sweets, but way too expensive"
I’ll be honest, I was disappointed. The sweets are cute and all, and they do look fun, but the price for what you actually get feels a bit ridiculous. Once delivery was added on, it just didn’t feel worth it at all. I’ve seen similar treats for less elsewhere, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices came down quite a bit.
